The only way you can be sure that the person you hire is legitimate is to make sure that you do your research. Hiring someone that has no business experience can be a bad idea. If you hire someone that has experience working in some place such as an office cleaning company or janitorial services, you need to make sure that the company is real and that they were previously employed there.
