Get a big board and a bunch of different colors of markers and see what kind of art your employees create. Maybe the idea is just small and seems insignificant, so they don’t feel like addressing it in a meeting. But hey, that lamp in the corner is ugly and you’re pretty sure nobody else likes the cheap toilet paper they switched to.

Brainstorming Table

Dry erase boards come in all sizes, some are even the size of an entire wall. With a table sized whiteboard at your next meeting, people can sketch out ideas in a way that is easy to modify as the idea progresses. It’s easy for other people to add to it too! It will make it obvious if someone is just doodling instead of taking notes as well. You’ll probably find some cool doodles by the end of your meeting. The table-sized whiteboard is also a great idea when it comes to designing a product as a team. While whiteboards mounted on the wall are great for drawing and writing, your team will be able to place objects that are relevant to the design process on the table and write notes around them. This setup will allow everyone to make changes quickly and as many times as they need.
